We want you to be completely satisfied with any item you buy from us.
If for whatever reason you aren't, simply call or email us within 14 days of purchase.

Everything that is returned must be unopened and in original packaging.  Both the goods (product) and the packaging (product box and internal packaging) must be unused and undamaged. 

Please pack your item properly. Make sure it is double boxed with adequate packing material so it doesn't get damaged in transit.

We won't be able to issue a refund if either the product or the product box arrives damaged. Please be aware that the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx) you use will not honor a damage claim if the product breaks because it was not properly packed.

When we receive your return, we will credit your charge card for your original purchase price minus the shipping charges. Products that are returned outside of the 14 day grace period could be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please note: Sale items, Seasonal items, Discontinued items, and Special Orders are non-returnable. Unfortunately, if the seals are broken on your loose leaf tea it cannot be returned.  Although if we somehow sent you the wrong tea or the tea is damaged in shipment we will make it right.

Should you wish to return an item for exchange, you are welcome to do so in the 14 day grace period. Before you exchange the item please contact us for an authorization code, via email at customerservice@teatimeteas.com or call us are 540-905-5889.  

Please include a note describing the replacement you want us to make. You may also apply the original purchase price to a more expensive item and we would bill your credit card for the balance. 

Exchanges are treated as new orders.  If the item you are exchanging is under $60.00 in value it would be subject to an $8.00 reshipping fee.  If the replacement is over $60.00 we would reship it free by USPS or UPS ground (not applicable for Alaska, Hawaii or International orders).

When we receive your exchange, we will ship the new item(s) depending on availability. Should there be a problem we will send you an email.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

We have inspected and packed your items as carefully as possible but if you find any damage please call us at 1-540-905-5889 or send us an email at customer.service@teatimeteas.com .   Before you return the item please contact us for an authorization code.

We can issue you a refund or ship you a replacement so long as you SAVE the broken piece and the shipping carton and have it available for inspection.

Please do not return the piece to us unless we request it.

No refunds can be made without the carton, packing materials, and the broken piece being available for inspection. If you cancel your order BEFORE it ships, your credit card will not be charged.

If you cancel your order AFTER it ships, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus our shipping cost upon its return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Orders which are refused at delivery will be refunded the purchase price minus all the shipping costs we incur to and from your address. 

Orders with undeliverable shipping address will be refunded the purchase price minus all the shipping costs we incur to and from the shipping address we received with your order. You will also receive an email from customer service stating the reason.

If you are paying with PayPal please make sure the shipping address is up to date.  Often people overlook changing the shipping address in their pay pal account when they move.

We accept, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CHECKS, MONEYORDERS, and PAYPAL.

Please understand that money orders and checks must clear the bank prior to your order being shipped.
